Job Summary: The Warranty Administrator performs a wide range of administrative duties associated with vehicle warranties claims.

Accurately coding warranty claims
Processing warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria
Reviewing warranty claims and correcting any errors
Booking/coding warranty & internal repair orders
Processing warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria required by factory or distributor
Answer phone calls
