What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred – RV, automotive, or related industries
• We’re also open to training the right candidate with a customer service background and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused personality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with service needs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
• Prepare estimates, schedule service appointments, and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
